What Heroine's Path is:

A framework that helps you recognize the pattern you’ve been carrying
Practical exercises that quiet nervous-system overactivation
A way to make decisions without over-explaining or over-functioning
A small founding cohort of women working through the same arc

Distance reduces shame. Reduced shame lowers nervous system activation. Lower activation restores clarity.
I am now more able to rely on my strengths, rather than criticizing my shortcomings. While I can remain aware of the areas I want to improve, I don't need to beat myself up over it because I am already wise and have a lot to expertly offer while I prioritize improvements on areas that will benefit not just others but also myself.
Within two weeks, I felt a sense of calm purpose and comfort in not yet knowing my path forward. After 12 weeks in the group program, I feel stronger as an individual, more enlightened in relations with others, confident in my ability to handle unexpected twists life throws, and even more curious about inner growth.
Most of the answers to problems are already within me. We all face challenges and must take a hero's/heroine's journey to figure them out and overcome. I have gained many tools through many journeys, and am better equipped to pull the right ones out of the toolbox at the right times, while also knowing more journeys are yet to come. I've learned to more easily recognize the opportunities that present themselves, and consider how to use them to build my toolbox and improve my well-being and interactions with others.

Jessica Sell Chambers, MA is a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, educator, and founder of FoxARC Coaching. She is the creator of The Heroine’s Path to Self-Trust, a trauma-informed framework grounded in the Hero’s Journey ® Change Model that supports women in rebuilding internal authority and self-trust. Her work blends narrative psychology, nervous-system literacy, and embodied decision-making through her core framework—FRAME | OWN | EXPAND—to help women stop abandoning themselves and begin living from a steadier inner core.
Known for her clarity and emotional steadiness, Jessica creates spaces where honesty is possible without pressure or performance. She translates “inner work” into lived practice, helping women integrate insight into real-life choices—particularly around boundaries, relationships, identity change, and leadership. Her work is practical, mythic, and deeply human, offering women a way back to themselves that is both grounded and enduring, hopefully, even fun.
